Hello all, I am brand new to MLO and taking the trial version for a spin. I'm still in the early stages of evaluation of both GTD tools and GTD pragmatism in general. Anyway, I am running MLO v3.5.3 and Outlook 2010 final (via MSDN) x64.
If I do not use the redemption library, I am given the Outlook security prompt (3 times) as expected. If I accept, the dragged email is properly added to MLO. However, when I use the redemption library, the security prompt is bypassed but I get the following Outlook dialog message: "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client." The email still gets added, but only the Outlook link, subject, and date. The from, to, cc, bcc and message body are all missing. After receiving the error once, I do not get the message again until I restart MLO. But subsequent emails dragged are also truncated in the same manner. I have followed all the 'fixes' I could find on the Internet, but none of them seem to solve the problem. I don't really believe the issue is specifically related to a default mail client, as the only time I ever see this message is with the redemption library in use.
