One thing makes me loosing time with MLO each time I create a project. The 'It is a project' checkbox is way far from 'Complete tasks in order checkbox'. More usual than not those are used together, these are projects after all, and it's more likely to have subsequent tasks than parallel. Can you move these two checkboxes in one section, not two separate from each other?
As another option, could you implement 'subsequent/parallel' switcher to tree view like it's done in Omni Focus? It's very useful, really, near project there's an icon which shows either two arrows for parallel tasks or ladder for subsequent tasks, and it's clickable to switch from one to another. Anyway, even implementing first item would be good enough, second is far to good to be true.
