It should be nice that the default inbox (for example the box where Rapid Task Entry and/or New Outlook task will be placed in) have the feature that you can create some rules. The function of the rule is that when some special keyword is in a task, the task will be replace to a "folder" or other place int the whole outline.
In addition it should be nice that (optionaly) that special key word will be removed. For example : I do many project and when there is something on my mind I dop it in my "inbox"via Rapid Task. I always start that task with <project name> : task... So when I have the ability to place that task directly in the task below that project, it's faster.
