I think the problem involves start dates not necessarily due dates. Not using times, at least not any that would show up at midnight. These are all tasks involving start dates.
Again I have seen start dates of 2 days ago disappear and start dates that should now show up, not show up, until 15 minutes after. The problem appears in action filters of active, available and all.
