Linux native version is something I would love too. Though if they convert to QT then they should be able to do a cross platform version that covers Linux, Windows, OSX, Meego, etc.
If using Wine, first thing to do is edit the theme and change font size from Tahoma 8 to Tahoma 10 otherwise text is unreadable. Turning on font smoothing for Wine helps too. It would help if there was a mini-server built in to communicate with the app. Then you could write a desktop widget to add tasks. I'd like to see a script that polls an IMAP server, and if it detects an email adds a task in "Reply to emails", titled "Reply to Mr X, arrived hh:mm". Then I wouldn't keep having to check multiple inboxes, I could just keep and eye on my MLO list. I wouldn't mind if this was part of the Cloud service instead of the app as long as the sync was relatively instant.
