**Requested functionality:** Allow filtering for items under an arbitrary point in the folder structure.
Path ---> (StartsWith|EndsWith|Contains|Is|Isn't|etc) ---> Value. Value being a full or partial path. **Examples:** Path ---> StartsWith ---> '/Discoverfire, Inc./Users/Marni/' This is similar to filtering by "TopLevelFolder is Marni", allows Marni to be below other folders. Path ---> Contains ---> '/'Users/*/Appointments/" would show items below all Appointment folder under Users. **Context** Here is what prompted me to request this feature: I am working on a file that will be shared among about 8 people to manage tasks for a group. I will be using a folder structure very carefully to minimize conflicts. Each person has their own folder, and one of the tasklist filters will be to show all items below that folder. Essentially allowing filter by user, based on folder tree. Currently, I have them all at the highest level, so I can use TopLevelFolder. Example: TopLevelFolder is 'Marni' /Marni/ /Eli/ ... It would be nice to be able to put them under another folder, but still be able to filter: Example: Path--->BeginsWith--->'/Company/Users/Marni' /Company/Users/Marni /Company/Users/Eli ... I understand I could filter Folder ---> Is ---> 'Marni', but that would filter for all folders named Marni, and I only want this specific folder. I can't think of any way to do this using the current filters, but I may be wrong - if I'm missing something, please let me know. Also, please feel free to email me if this post needs clarification or further explanation. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
