The most "magical" and useful feature of MLO for me is the "Complete subtasks in order" (i.e. dependency). I've been using GTD for years, and this feature alone makes MLO the best fit. When I add a project, I can spend a minute and jot down a series of the things that have to happen in sequence for me to get it done. Then each time I complete one of these "next actions" and check it off in my To-Do list, MLO takes it away and shows the *next* next action. This means that I can add all the subtasks while I'm thinking of them, but know that they won't be "in my face" untll I need them. I've tried out almost everything else that's out there, and no other product seems to be able to do this. Andrey has also added an excellent manual dependencies feature, which lets you make a task (or whole branch of tasks) dependent on completion of tasks you select. I use this all the time, too. In fact, the only other feature I'd love to have is related to these: a "not dependent" flag, for the occasional case where most of the subtasks need to be done in sequence, but one or two do not. But as Swight said, one the things I like best about MLO is: >> This amazing guy Andrey who seems to have a vision, the energy to realize >> the vision, persistence to stay with it over the years, and an idea of how >> to listen to his customers. ...so I always know it will (a) remain stable (i.e. not buggy) and (b) keep improving in wonderful ways.
