I am like many Linux-users: I don't pay for my OS, but I'm always willing to pay a reasonable price for a good piece of software. I don't use software obtained illegally, I don't download illegally... That said, running Windows under VMware would mean, buying a licensed copy of Windows... But although I have paid for MLO (that I run under Wine), I'm not going to pay an additional price for another OS just for being able to run MLO.
