Hi there: Just as a hint - I use the MLO-Flags for pointing out of which status each task is. That way I have 7 flags of different colours: 1:todo current 2:scheduled 3:paused 4:wait 5:deferred 6:done 7:canceled
That way I can have a nice filtering on task-status that I want currently to be seen.
