MLO Sync does not support any View settings including manual sorting. So if you create new views or change default views (including manual sorting) they are not synced. Manual sorting supported in Starred view only. So the order entered on on PC will by synced to other PC or iPhone or BlackBerry or Android or Windows Mobile.
