I like to use dropbox with separate files and a sync file. So in dropbox have an MLO_PC file for the PC, an MLO_Laptop file for the lapttop and then use a MLO_sync file to sync between the two.
When creating the synchronization, chose the sync to local data file option. If you do it that way you don't have to deal with the dropbox copy issue since both your laptop and PC use separate files and they can both be open. Then you can use MLO's sync to deal with conflicts between the two files. Also, if you do it that way, you only need to archive from the MLO_PC version. And if you tell MLO to archive to your dropbox area, the files will still be available to your laptop device... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
