I recently started hiding my Inbox folder (where my quick entry tasks
get dumped to), so the tasks I enter in there, should not appear in
the To-Do list.  However that is not the case.  I have a filter set up
to show me tasks due in the next 7 days, and I have some tasks in the
Inbox with due dates in the next 7 days which are showing in my To-Do
list when this filter is active.

I thought Hide in To-Do list was a global setting (my assumption is
that if I check this for a Project or Task or Folder, that any items
below it will not show up).  Is that not true, or is this a bug?
