Here's a tip for anybody using MLO in a "techy" or support environment.

Speccy is a nice little free program from Piriform (they also provide
Ccleaner and Defraggler) which gives very detailed specification data for
any machine it runs on. The only problem is it's difficult to use this data
beyond a read-only use. However, by dropping into MLO you get a nice usable
outline from where it can be consolidated with data from different machines
or used to drive out actions, for example.

Speccy can be downloaded here:- http://www.piriform.com/speccy

The method is: -

1. Run Speccy
2. Go File>Save as Text File...
3. Change the saved file extension to .tab
4. From MLO go to File>Import...
5. Change the "files of type" dropdown to .tab
6. Navigate to saved file and open.

Please be aware of any of the usual restrictions there may be on using free
programs like Speccy in a commercial environment.
