If you can't currently do this then consider it a suggestion- I really like the rapid task entry dialog box, and the ability to have things like context and due date parsed out of it even more so. I like being able to enter in more than one task in at once, but sometimes I need to add notes to tasks, which can only be done from that view by clicking off the top checkbox that decides whether a new line will be notes for a task or a new task. This only allows for notes to be entered in for a task if you enter in one task at a tie here.
It'd be nice if you could surround any length of text in that window with something like [N] and [/N], which would automatically add that text as a note for the entry considered a task preceding it in the dialog box. So you could enter in multiple tasks AND notes at the same time in the dialog box like this- Task 1 Task 2 [N]Notes and such for task 2[/N] Task 3 Task 4 The 'Notes and such for task 2' would be entered in as notes for Task 2, while Task 1, Task 3 and Task 4 would still be entered in as individual tasks. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
