Yes MLO should work on your device and sync to MyLifeOrganized for
Windows using ActiveSync or MLO-Cloud.
However if possible you should try MLO on such device. We have 45-day
free trial. This is needed just to make sure that other software or
current OS does not conflict with MLO in any way.

If you still have choice in mobile device I would recommend you
looking to a device running Android OS. We just released new version
for Android and this new platform is more promising for future MLO
development.
