Problem not solved but reason why this happens found:

In outlook I created a rule that copied sent emails to the task folder
(with waiting status & to keep track of the actions i was waiting on).
these items (messages) then appear in my task folder (they are
messages and not full tasks)

when syncing MLO with outlook, MLO cannot process these emails saved
in task folder???

or am i missing a setting where this can be configured?

can this be entered as a feature request?

Best Regards,

Peter
