I believe there should be an option to ignore parent folders when
calculating the sort order. For example, I have a folder A that
contains a task B. Currently, task B's priority is calculated relative
to folder A, so even if B is severely overdue, it's position in the to-
do list will not rise, relative to other items on the same level as A.
I believe this is a flaw, as the purpose of folders is explicitly
stated in the documentation to be used for grouping tasks only.
However, I realize that some users may prefer the current behavior, so
I would suggest adding a checkbox to the To-Do Ordering Options screen
that would allow the user to specify whether or not to treat a folder
as an actual "parent" when computing the to-do list order.
