We have one MLO Cloud account and are sharing that between two people in different cities. The recommended bidirectional sync is set on our MLO Desktops so that changes he or I make will sync to the MLO Cloud and any changes he makes in the Cloud will sync to our Desktops. The problem is that we are getting duplicate tasks when we sync with the old still remaining. Is there something we are doing wrong and if so does anyone have a solution?
