Create a new MLO file using the Blank template, then set up WiFi or Cloud sync (you'll need the Pro desktop version if you don't have it already). The first time you sync, it will pull all the data into the deskop MLO file. I originally started entering everything into MLO- Android and later used the Cloud sync to get my data from my phone to the desktop, and it worked without a hitch.
Note: if you use the WiFi sync option, you still might want to buy the cloud sync and set it up on your Android phone first for peace of mind, so you can still recover in the unfortunate event that the blank desktop MLO file incorrectly overwrites your Android phone's MLO file on that first WiFi sync.
