If you follow the following steps.. 1. Go to https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/Login.aspx 2. Click on "Forgot Password" 3. Enter your email 4. Click on email link sent to your email. 5. click on Reset PAssword. 6. type in or cut and paste password (doesn't matter) onpassword field
