I forgot to include item c in a post I submitted earlier (which is still in moderation), so I am posting again: ...............................................................................
Hello, I want to keep a record at the moment of some 'routines', which I have set up as a folder with lots of subtasks which I want to appear in order in the to-do list, so I have checked the parent folder to 'complete subtasks in order'. However, as they are recurring, they are not appearing in the list once the first one is ticked off (as it is then set to start again, thus, start the list off again on it's next due date). I found this potential solution (http://www.mail-archive.com/ [email protected]/msg06427.html) and tried out the instructions, however it doesn't quite work for me as: a) some of my subtasks are not on the same recurrence pattern as the parent, and if I change their individual recurrence, once I tick it off, it causes the same problem of stopping the tasks underneath from appearing in the list (eg. most items are everyday, but some items are every second day, once an every second day item is ticked off, all of the items underneath that are everyday stop appearing in 'to-do'). b) I want to keep a record of the completed subtasks. C) I want to be able to 'skip-occurrence' and not have to tick off something I did not complete just to get rid of it (and potentially be able to identify later which tasks I am skipping regularly). Are there any other options that would work for my purposes? Thanks, Jo -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
