Yes, the field you are looking for is "Caption". In the Outline view, it's under Advanced --> Sort Subtasks. Be aware that it will change the tree location of the task, and will not update automatically. In the Todo view it is only showing the tasks sorted, but isn't actually changing the tree structure.
