Grant - I agree that this an annoying problem but I really don't see how its a quality problem. Quality problems come when they're surprised by something. They weren't they, instead they made trade off. When they supported internationalization they had to drop the incremental search. Now they have rewrite it from scratch. They haven't made that a priority.
They've failed on a few points: - prioritize adding this feature back in - tell us that this had been removed - tell us where in the roadmap this feature sits. However long time MLO users won't be shocked, communication is the area where Andrey is weakest. I look at the upside in the time I've used the product (5+ years), I've never lost data.
