There's not really a way or criteria for sorting. What I'm talking about 
here is not something that can be added to a sort filter I think. My 
routine is to review my outline at the end of each day and look at tasks 
that I want to get done the next day. I'll mark the days for that. When I 
move to the to do list with the new actions marked by due date in ascending 
order, I have my tasks grouped by days but now I want to list them manually 
which task I want to complete first, second, third in ascending order. It 
would be nice tag each action for each day perhaps with a number that would 
then jump that action for that day up to the top of the list for that day. 
I won't know how I want it sorted until I decide in what order I want to 
complete them. This isn't something the software will intuitively know or 
can be added to a filter. I have to manually list the order. I know we have 
the manual sort option but I was looking for something that wouldn't 
require me to turn manual off and on. If I forget to turn it off then, when 
I add any other tasks to the to do, they're added out of order from the 
preconfigured sort order I have (which is by due date).

If that's still not clear then don't worry about it. lol
