Andrey, I'm sure upgrading notes e.g. to support rtf, is on the roadmap as it has quite a few votes on UserVoice. Could I ask when you are looking at this area to consider a full screen option for notes perhaps through a double click on the tab or the note icon? This would support the extra formatting options in a conventional word processing layout (avoiding the need to link to a Word document) and also be really useful where there are extensive notes against a task.
