Hi,
I use flags to represent the different levels. This leaves me with the
flexibilty to set all other things like contexts or goals as needed.

So I can view tasks from the horizon of focus perspective, but also from
the "normal" day-to-day views. Whatever suits me better in the current
situation. Even when you are in the day-to-day normal mode you will always
see, if that specific task you are about to do is part of something bigger
(i.e. belongs to a horizon of focus project / activity / goal).

I haven't used this set-up for long, so I cannot say if it will stay like
that, but for now that is how I chose to implement it.

Greetings, Jill.
