I find the contexts extremely useful.  I have my outline configured so
that the contexts may be inherited when a task is moved.  Frequently I
have a dilemma: I want the task to inherit the local context but I
don't want to overwrite contexts that I want to stick with the task.

So, I propose that each task should have two classes of contexts: one
that can be overwritten when the task is moved within the outline and
another "sticky" context that moves with the task.
