re Android Autosync: 
Do you have "settings>sync>MLO Cloud>Autosync on close" enabled? It will 
not sync if you stay on MLO/Android making hours of change without 
interruption. But if you close MLO or switch to a different app (sending 
MLO to the background) it will autosync.

Re certificate problem. I have had and reported this problem. No response 
yet. My suggestion: try File>Syncronization>Edit>Setup Connection>Advanced 
and disable "use secure connection" - let me know please if this works.
