Hello the most probable reasons – is system access restrictions in Windows 7.
I suggest backup your data, un-install MLO and install it to <My Documents> folder or any other folder where the access is not restricted for MLO app. Move you data file to this newly created folder and try to save your themes. The issue should be resolved now.
