Profile = File, like Lisa said. I don't know how you worked in Bonsai, I too am a long time user just switching, but the more time I spend with these kinds of programs, the fewer profiles/files I use. I used to live out of one, but then I couldn't rely on my Palm syncing consistently. Eventually, it wouldn't sync consistently with my files separated into work/personal/hobby. Moving to MLO now, I'm back working on consolidating into one file/profile. By fall when the new school year starts, (I'm a teacher) I'll be back into one. I'm looking forward to that.
