There is also Collapse All, if the context is large. I will admit I might have a conflict of interest here. I would like to see the Filter dialog include the three Goal settings and the Starred criteria (I've added it to UserVoice), which is probably a different direction than shortcuts to filtering, but perhaps both could be done at once.
