Sure. Pick the view you use most. On the left, make sure you have "Filter>>" showing. 1/2 way down, click "Advanced", "Add advanced, Add rule, "ProjectStatus <> Suspended".
Now, save your view as a new view with Save Settings...<enter name>. Then Manage Views to move it where you want it in your view list, and/or to hide the original view.
