Usually Alex is pretty good at getting back to you wrt support questions. Having said that, I know how u feel - would be nice to see someone show u all the features & then u can pick & choice which ones u want to learn about. Most of us don'd have the time to read all of the help file so some features we won't even know exist we read ALL of the Help files !!!
I'd continue to try features, when u have an issue, post here or send email to Alex ( support ). hope that helps a little !
