Hi Richard. Have you tried using Autoarchive to clear old/dead tasks out of your profile?
Question 2: "what’s the difference between Wifi Synch and Cloud sync – why should I buy Cloud sync?" Wifi synch requires that your phone and your desktop both be on, connected to the (same) wifi network, and running mlo at the time you decide to sync. Cloud allows you to sync either one whenever you remember or the mood to sync strikes you. Also, if you use cloud sync you can use "mlo by email" which allows you to forward emails to a certain email address and have them show up in your mlo inbox.. Question 3: According to some notes I made during the beta of MLO Android trial mode, here are the functions that work on Android MLO but are disabled in "free" mode: a. Projects b. Repeating tasks, although maybe simple recurrence patterns work, not sure c. "complete tasks in order" d. "nearby" view and contexts with defined locations e. bookmarks f. contexts that include other contexts g. Wifi sync h. More than 3 profiles i. large widgets j. create tasks using voice input k. sharing tasks to or from mlo l. complete tasks from reminder m. support for open/closed times for a context n. "add task" shortcut for Android home page o. customized reminder settings per task p. task count badges for MLO home page q. multiple criteria for task sort r. compact view -Dwight On Monday, August 6, 2012 10:52:52 AM UTC-4, Richard C wrote: > > I am finally entering the mobile apps world – having just upgraded from a > six year old Nokia to a Samsung S3 (which I love). > > > > And I also have a bit of time to try and sort out how I am using MLO > Desktop which has become a bit of a mess where I have I have replaced one > way of working with another and then another and then another.
