On Android only the Starred and Active Starred have manual sorting (and only manual sorting). And, only Starred (not Active Starred) syncs that order between the two devices.
I'm pretty sure there isn't anything in the architecture to support syncing of the sort order of views the user creates, and in my opinoin there wouldn't be much point if the manually sorted view didn't sort the same way on the desktop, especially with a long list of tasks. I'm not sure...manual sorting of something like Active Actions would be really frustrating, I think, because you wouldn't be able to start with an attribute sort and then tweak it, though if you could, that would be helpful perhaps. One thing you can do is kludge it and preface your captions (titles) with something and then include caption in your sort criteria. I used to do that for years with Outlook, but then I found MLO and use other ways to narrow my focus.
