I've been a user for over 5 years and I love - dumping my mind into the Outline View, especially using Rapid Task Entry with switches - very flexible Next Action views e.g. due today, start next few days, goals - ability to have a list of all my projects to help with weekly review - dropping Outlook email as a task - either by dragging or emailing in - Cloud Sync between devices - iPad app so I can review/add whilst on the London Underground
