Please create new sync profile on Cloud sync your data from desktop to new Cloud profile
create new sync profile on iPhone sync from new Cloud to new profile on device. What is the result? What happens if you create completely new files on desktop and on iPhone with some test data and repeat the scenario mentioned above – please let me know the result. Thank you.
