Laurence, in MLO Desktop normally you can edit mutliple items at the same time by selection them (using "Ctrl + click" or "shift - arrow down/arrow up") and then clicking in the properties pane. This does not work for every setting. I tried to select 3 tasks and then click the star in the star column. This does only toggle star in the task I clicked, but not in the other two. And there is no checkbox in properties pane for the star I think.
