Hello,
I could really use some advice on the sorting, I did read the concerning
manual paragraphs over and over again, tried several settings but it
does not sink in, unfortunately!
First of all, I switched to computed score now, because I figured it is
time I finally tried to make sense of the to-do-list modes. Now I set
the settings to "use increased priority for overdue tasks";
prioritization method "by urgency" and at the weight factors I only set
due date to the second slider, all others at zero (I figured I would
make it easier to understand this way).
The first irritating thing is, even when tasks are totally overdue, the
score factor is still zero. Then when I look at the sorting of any to-do
view, be it active or available, tasks also seem to be sorted due to
their position in the outline - I had thought that a computed-score
sorting method overrides that? No?
I am totally lost as I dont find any info regarding the sorting in the
outline and its importance for the to-do-list.
Any hints or tips welcome!
Have a nice (cool) afternoon (it is still too hot over here),
Brienne
