Hi, Fernando. The kinds of cloud problems that get discussed here from time
to time generally involve a server being down. “certificate problems” are a
different kind of problem, they involve your computer’s attempt to form a
secure connection to the server and failing, because the security
certificate presented by the server is being rejected for some reason by
your computer. The puzzling thing is that everybody else is accepting the
very same certificate, so why are you rejecting it? I had this problem for a
while and never figured it out. It went away when I upgraded some software –
not sure which software because I did not notice right away when it stopped.

Here’s a workaround: on Windows MLO go to Synchronization on the File menu.
In the Synchronization window that opens, select the sync profile you are
using and click the Edit button. In the Sync Profile window click the
General tab and the Setup Connection button. In the MLO Cloud Connection
window click Advanced>> then clear the checkbox for Use a secure connection.
Click the OK button then the Close button then try the sync again.

Note that this results in an insecure connection. It could be possible,
though very difficult, for someone wiretapping your Internet connection to
decode your tasks. If your tasks are highly confidential or if there are a
lot of people threatening to wiretap your Internet connection, you might not
want to take this risk. I took it and so far as I can tell nobody stole my
tasks ;-)

If you try this, please write back to tell whether or not it worked.

It's working for me at the moment. Andrey had some issues with the Amazon

I'm trying to sync to the cloud, but I get an error about an invalid

Unable to load WSDL File/Location:

document]

Error: Unable to load WSDL File/Location:

Any failure in the cloud?
