No, there isn't a way to create advanced filters on Android. But that
doesn't make advanced filters useless. What I do is have some of my
workflow on Android, and my more advanced workflow on windows. I do my
heavy planning and reorganization on the desktop, and I've found a model
that works for everyday use using the Goal, Starred, etc features on
Android (which allows sorting, which helps).
