MLO/Windows does not offer scheduled automatic synch in current versions. Developers have said that they would like to offer this soon. There is no promise but perhaps we will see it in the near future. While we wait, you have two choices. Some people have used Windows tools to set up their own scheduled task. This is tricky but it works. You can find the instructions at https://groups.google.com/d/topic/mylifeorganized/rAN17jOQ5jk/discussion If you do not want to do that, you have to hit the F9 key on your keyboard to force a synch whenever you finish something important.
