Mark, I'm really really happy right now. You know what? When I attempted installing msxml6 yesterday, I was travelling by train using a 3G usb stick. Apparently, the downloaded data got corrupted underway... My system was spitting out warnings, errors, exceptions, etc. I just finished executing the very same commands, and it all installed effortlessly.
winetricks msxml6 winetricks ie7 Launched MLO, and voila!!! it works. Need to fumble a little bit more with key remapping and I'll be all set. Too bad I can't drag Apple Mail mails into MLO, because that would be awesome... wine can do magic but can't do miracles. If MLO design did not foresee Apple Mail integration, that's about it, will never be able to fill the gap. Mark, thanks again for your support.
