thank you for the great support. as the starter of this topic i've to 
apologize for not responding anymore.
i signed up for cloud sync and that worked for me quite good as i can sync 
not only at the office.
that's the reason i lost track of this discussion.
good to know that the issue is solved. great job dev team!
