Hi Dwight, I think I see what you mean. If you look in the enclosed screenshot, there seems to be a "beginning" of a new active box to the right, same line as the <> signs, 1st line under the Tabs.
Since I do see the colapse/expand on the right, it seems like only this line "protrudes" to the right. In other word, it might be a formatting bug. I am using 4.0.0.2012 RC-3 version. 1.
