Chris, thanks for the explanation. 

FYI, drag & drop from Outlook to MLO does four things :
1. Create a new task at the selected location in the outline 
2. Copy the email subject to the task caption 
3. Copy the email body to the task note 
4. Insert a clickable link in the task note that will bring up the original 
email message 

I would like to see MLO do all of this for Thunderbird / Thunderlink. I would 
like to try submitting your access violation to MLO support and asking them to 
fix it. 

If you agree and want to pursue this please send the exception trace file from 
your access violation.
