Hi, Kid. I just tested and it worked fine for me.
1. Switched to "All Tasks" view 2. Opened a folder near the top with a lot of unstructured tasks (because I did not want to mess up the order of anything that matters 3. Clicked on a random task, dragged it down a half dozen lines and dropped it. Task was moved to the new position. 4. Grabbed another task and dragged it down to the bottom of the window. The view scrolled down to the bottom of my outline. Dropped the task and it was moved to the bottom of the outline.
