OK I figured it out ! That was easy after all ! Thanks to Mike putting in 
me the way ...

I just have to use this advanced filter : 
*(Contexts contains (consider open/close state) @OffWorkTime) OR (Contexts 
does not contain @OffWorkTime)*

That's all :-) 
This way, by tasks marked @OffWorkTime won't appear if I'm on working hours 
...
