I am behind a company firewall. I can sync with cloud service after I have 
just launched MLO. However, when I try to perform a sync a second time, it 
does not work. Here's the detail:

I have to restart MLO everytime I want to sync. MLO 3 cloud sync worked 
fine for me. It does not work regardless of whether proxy settings are 
specified or not. Having to restart MLO all the time is a very big 
inconvenience, so I cannot upgrade to MLO 4.
