I've had the same experience. I've tried to request a coupon:
* Via the webform;
* Via [email protected]
* and Via this very forum, see my post "No response for redemption coupon 
code" See

With no response so far. I've checked my junk mail folder and, of course, 
that is not an issue on these forums.

In my case it is only a discounted coupon, not the free one. 

If there is some kind of processing breakdown then I can't give them the 
money that is owed to them (I wouldn't trust that if I made a purchase 
online I'd get a registration key returned).

If you, or anyone, manages to communicate with the developers it would be 
great if you could let us know in this thread.
