With no response so far. I've checked my junk mail folder and, of course, that is not an issue on these forums. In my case it is only a discounted coupon, not the free one. If there is some kind of processing breakdown then I can't give them the money that is owed to them (I wouldn't trust that if I made a purchase online I'd get a registration key returned).
